This page describes security considerations for rtylr. Controls depend on the service, deployment, and configuration. Contact security@voxire.com for current evidence and contractual commitments before relying on a particular control.

Monitoring and Incident Response

Report suspected incidents to security@voxire.com. Where we act as a processor, applicable data-protection law can require notice to the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach. Regulatory and individual notifications depend on the facts and applicable law; a 72-hour regulatory deadline is not a general waiting period for notifying customers.

Compliance and Certifications

• Data protection. Applicable duties depend on the processing and jurisdictions involved. Ask for the applicable data-processing terms and transfer arrangements before sending personal data.
• Payment security. Subscription payments use a payment provider. Outsourcing payments does not by itself establish PCI DSS compliance for rtylr, a merchant, or a POS deployment.
• Independent assurance. This page does not establish ISO 27001 certification or a completed SOC 2 examination. Request a current report, its scope, and covered period before relying on an assurance claim.

Responsible Disclosure

We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email security@voxire.com with:

• a clear description of the issue and its impact;
• steps to reproduce;
• a minimal proof of concept using only accounts and data you own or are expressly authorized to test. Do not access, copy, modify, or disclose other people’s data; stop and report if you encounter it.

We commit to acknowledging receipt within 48 hours, working in good faith on a fix, and crediting you publicly once the issue is resolved (unless you prefer to remain anonymous). We do not take legal action against researchers acting in good faith under this policy.
